What is the opportunity? Join our US Technology Strategy and Architecture team as Director, Technology Product Strategy, where you’ll drive transformational changes across RBC’s technology landscape. In this strategic role, you’ll shape and execute IT Development and Delivery processes that establish best-in-class practices across our US entities. You’ll lead initiatives in SDLC, DevOps, and Test Automation, embedding RBC’s proven methodologies into our operations while building sustainable competitive advantage. This is a high-impact position where you’ll own the instrumentation and measurement of success—defining and monitoring KPIs and KRIs that demonstrate tangible value for adopting entities.
