Director, Technology Transformation & Data
Dream Unlimited is looking for a Director, Technology Transformation & Data to lead two interrelated mandates: driving the delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programs and building Dream’s emerging data and artificial intelligence capability.

You are a technology leader who sits comfortably at the intersection of delivery and strategy. You have a track record of running complex transformation programs and an authentic curiosity about data and AI — not as buzzwords, but as real tools that can change how an organization operates. You thrive in environments where you have to build things, not just manage them, and you are energized by the challenge of creating structure and capability where little currently exists.
What matters most is that you have done the work — you have owned delivery, built capability, and brought business stakeholders along for the ride.
