Director-Test Strategy

Hi,
We are currently looking for a Director- Test Strategy with one of our large consulting clients to support large-scale core banking transformation programs.
Role Snapshot:
Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite and technology leaders on QA and risk management
Define and drive end-to-end Testing Strategy across SIT, UAT, Performance, and Data Migration
Lead quality governance, KPIs, and risk-based testing for mission-critical banking workflows
Oversee migration from legacy systems to modern/cloud platforms (including coexistence models)
Drive automation adoption, CI/CD integration, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure regulatory and audit compliance (AML, KYC, Basel III environments)
Collaborate across Product, DevOps, and Business teams to embed testing throughout the SDLC
Provide executive reporting on quality metrics, release readiness, and risk posture
Ideal Profile:
7+ years in Testing/QA with at least 3 years in leadership roles
