Director TIC Operations, Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff to the EVP & President, TIC, enables the executive and their leadership team to operate at their highest strategic level by managing priorities, driving alignment, and ensuring execution across the organization. Uses strong leadership and critical thinking skills to analyze, synthesize and evaluate/problem solve to greatly enhance the overall customer experience and drive operational efficiency within the TIC business. Serving as a strategic partner and advisor, improves organizational clarity and execution, fosters stronger collaboration and trust across the organization and accelerates transformation and change initiatives.

Participates in all “Operating meetings” to ensure consistency across SLAs, expectations, actions, etc., assists with other critical daily operations of the TIC organization, and ensures the executive is prepared and ready for critical meetings with all the prepared materials (including with the Board).
