About the Role

Director, Ticket Sales responsible for overall ticket sales strategy across B2B (Corporate) and B2C (Consumer) channels, focusing on Season Seats and Partial Plans. This role oversees two sales leaders and teams, driving revenue growth through structured sales processes, data‑driven decision making and market expansion. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all ticket sales functions across B2B and B2C teams. Lead and develop sales managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Build and execute overall ticket sales strategy for B2B and B2C teams. Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
