What You Will Do at BTS

At BTS Japan, you’ll work closely with colleagues on small, high-performing teams, partnering with senior leaders from Fortune Global 100 and 500 companies. You will help turn our clients’ visions into results by designing tailored learning experiences that drive innovation, alignment, behaviour change, and performance.
