Director, Training and Development

We are looking for a
Training Director
who would like to bring his / her expertise to the global scene. In this role, you will help define, lead, and support key training initiatives while shaping exceptional learning experiences for Carenet employees, customers, and client partners. As a highly visible position, it partners closely with clients, customers, and senior business leaders to design and deliver operationally excellent training programs that enhance learning effectiveness, accelerate speed to competency, and consistently meet or exceed internal and client performance metrics.
