Job Summary
Drive Cash and Trade business growth for CIB Client Coverage Kenya by originating new business, deepening existing client relationships, and increasing penetration of Transaction Banking solutions across assigned portfolios. The role focuses on disciplined sales execution, development of differentiated Customer Value Propositions, and close collaboration with Coverage, Product, Financial Markets and other internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable Transaction Banking revenues while upholding the highest standards of conduct, governance and risk management.
Business & Client Coverage
Drive growth of Cash, Trade, working capital and SC PrismFX revenues for assigned CIB clients in Kenya, including New to Bank clients, in line with agreed business strategy, sales targets and pipeline discipline.
Develop and sustain strong client relationships at appropriate senior levels within client organisations to originate new business and win Transaction Banking mandates.
