Director, U. S. Launch Excellence

**Summary**:Novartis is preparing to launch several innovative medicines across four therapeutic areas over the next five years.To drive successful launches, we are seeking a Director to join the U.S. Launch Excellence Capabilities & Business Partnerships Team within the U.S. Launch & Portfolio Excellence Group.This role will lead priority projects to advance Novartis's launch excellence approach to maximize patient impact and organizational success.The Director will primarily focus on developing and actioning implementation plans for key drivers of launch excellence relevant to the Novartis pipeline, including strengthening planning for rapid and highly specialized launches, developing and delivering a launch readiness scorecard, and supporting knowledge sharing and annual planning for launch assets.The Director will also help define future launch excellence imperatives by anticipating future success drivers amidst rapid marketplace evolution.Key partners include Launch Excellence ...
