Director, xScale Product Strategy & Management

Job Summary Equinix’s xScale Business Unit delivers wholesale‑style data center facilities to global hyperscale customers. The Director of xScale Product Strategy & Management will execute the global product strategy, maximize revenue, and minimize risk. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders across the organization—including go‑to‑market, asset management, operations, business operations, PMO, and corporate development—to ensure the product’s market effectiveness and alignment with investor and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Execute the product strategy to support the xScale line of business and meet the needs of hyperscale customers and Equinix’s business goals.

Represent the xScale line of business regarding activating hyperscale data center vision, goals, product capabilities, capacity roadmap, and business cases.

Contribute to product strategy, go‑to‑market efforts, and ongoing management of the product strategy lifecycle.
