Director/Head, Investment Banking

• Permanent headcount, based in Kuala Lumpur
• Candidates must have relevant Investment Banking M&A or Corporate Finance experience 
• Malaysia coverage 

 
Responsibilities would include:

• Lead deal sourcing and execution of live ECM and M&A transactions, including IPOs, private placements, rights issues, take‑privates, and fundraising exercises
• Present insights from market research, analysis, and due diligence to senior leaders and clients
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation work, and the development of key transaction documentation for internal and external processes
• Act as the primary relationship lead for clients, proactively identify opportunities and generate transaction ideas 
• Driving outreach efforts, shape business strategy and expand the overall Investment Banking franchise
