Director/MD - Sustainability & ESG

About the role Mint Impact Solutions is the advisory and intelligence arm of Mint Rewards. We design sustainability strategies, circular economy programmes, and ESG reporting for corporates, government, and development partners. We are hiring a hands on Sustainability Advisor and Business Development Lead who can advise clients, win work, and build the practice. This is a client facing leadership role, simple and to the point, you will sell, scope, deliver, and grow.

What you will do

1. Lead and deliver sustainability and ESG advisory projects for corporates, public sector, and international agencies, from scoping to final report.
2. Build and manage a pipeline of B2B opportunities, write proposals, price work, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
3. Map and localise international frameworks, for example GRI, TCFD, CSRD, into practical client roadmaps and reports.
