Director/Senior Associate - PEPI- Supply Chain Transformation - Digital & AI (Madrid)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and transformation of end-to-end S&OP processes, improving alignment between demand planning, supply chain, and commercial functions
• Diagnose inefficiencies in planning, forecasting, and execution processes, identifying opportunities for digitalisation and AI-enabled decision making
• Develop and implement advanced planning solutions, including scenario modelling, predictive analytics, and automation tools
• Drive data-driven operational improvements, leveraging AI, machine learning, and digital dashboards to enhance visibility and decision‑making speed
• Partner with client leadership teams to embed next‑generation S&OP capabilities across organisations
• Identify and quantify value creation opportunities across supply chain planning, inventory optimisation, service levels, and working capital
