About the Role
Support Net has an opportunity for a community-focused individual with relevant experience to join the team as a Disability Support Services Coordinator working in a full-time (1.0 FTE 40 hours per week) permanent role. This role would be based in Tauranga. It will involve some travel across the wider Bay of Plenty/ Lakes region, supporting disabled people/ Tangata Whaikaha and their whānau to live self-determined, meaningful lives.
