Job Description

  • Support Worker - S.I.L Shifts in Coorparoo and Macgregor!About the Role

    We are seeking compassionate and experienced support workers with a strong background in assisting individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and Autism to join our team on Brisbane’s Southside S.I.L Houses in Macgregor and Coorparoo. 

    Qualifications & Experience
    • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or other relevant qualifications is preferred but not essential.
    • Experience supporting individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome and/or Autism is highly valued.
    • Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs).
    • Ability to follow strict dietary protocols and manage food security for individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome.
