Disability Support Worker

You’ll be providing one on one In Home Support, Community Access, and group activity support to customers with complex needs, including those with established Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.

About the Role
This role provides the opportunity to support multiple customers across Pine Rivers, each with their own routines and support needs.
You will be supporting customers with complex behaviours, guided by PBS strategies and person centred approaches. Your work will include In Home Support, community engagement, personal care, and helping customers pursue their goals and independence.

Flexibility across a mix of daytime, afternoon/evening, and sleepover shifts is essential.
