DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER/AIN AND STA SLEEPOVER POSITION

Xavier Children's Support Network is part of the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane and has been operating in the disability services sector in Brisbane for over 60 years. Xavier has a long and proud history of providing supports for children and young people with complex health and disability needs.

We have a number of positions available supporting children and young people with a disability.  These roles work collaboratively with the family and the Xavier Management Team to assist the child/young person achieve their individual goals.  Our workers are provided with comprehensive initial and on-going training and support to acquire and maintain the necessary skills.
 
Xavier Community shifts:
Regular shifts available both during the day and overnight.  Various locations in Brisbane area supporting young children either in the home, at Xavier Place Yeerongpilly and in the community<...
