Job Description

Robert Half have partnered with a Healthcare Manufacture to recruit for a Disaster Recovery Specialist to lead and enhance our organisation's resilience strategy.
This role will focus on planning, developing, and executing robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes within a complex Azure-based environment.


Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and development of DR and BC testing services, ensuring structured and repeatable processes.
Collaborate with operations teams to align recovery strategies with business requirements.
Identify and address gaps impacting DR/BC readiness, documenting improvements.
Coordinate and manage DR and BC test schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Maintain and improve DR/BC documentation, including runbooks, recovery plans, test frameworks, and impact analyses.
