DISBURSEMENT OFFICER

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Disbursement officer ensures the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of financial data within the systems by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the Bank's policies and procedures. This person is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of transactions to client accounts by reviewing and analyzing transactions while ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures. This person is also responsible for the preparation of financial analysis and reports.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

• Promptly resolve all difficult transactions brought to his or her attention by contacting field staff to recommend action to be taken, initiating corrective actions pertaining to customer accounts monitoring and following‑up on such recommendations.
