Scope and Purpose: To guide the process of continuous improvement across all the GBU manufacturing plants, driving the collection and application of lessons learned and best practices.

Manage quality assurance operations, develop and control quality programs, monitor compliance in the production area with quality assurance procedures and standards, suggest methods to improve product quality, design, or manufacturing processes, supervise quality inspectors.
