POSITION SUMMARY:

Ged Lawyers, LLP with offices in Rehoboth and Boston MA, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Paralegal to work in the PIP department of our fast-paced office. Must have plaintiff experience.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft ad coordinate Discovery
• Comply with and propound discovery
• Correspond with clients, experts, and other law firms
• Maintain and/or create binders for hearings, depositions and trial
• Prepare settlement statements
• Litigation case management
• Perform investigative searches
• Conduct various searches and queries on the internet
