+ Wash & sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils & equipment (dishwasher or by hand).

+ Maintain clean & orderly kitchen (trash removal, sweeping, mopping).

+ Properly use & maintain equipment & cleaning solutions.

Qualifications:

+ 3 months - 1 year kitchen experience preferred.

+ Food safety knowledge & positive attitude a must!

+ Team player willing to work hard.

+ Ability to lift 35 lbs & stand for extended periods.

+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
