Job Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and service equipment. This role ensures that dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in a timely manner to support smooth food service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items using manual and automatic dishwashing equipment.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and serving ware are sanitized and ready for use.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Dispose of garbage, recyclables, and kitchen waste properly.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
