Main Duties:

• Wash plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
• Clear and set tables for diners.
• Clean eatery tables, benches, bathrooms and floors.
• Properly disposes of garbage based on mall collection schedule to maintain cleanliness and prevent pests.
• Peels garlic for hotpot sections as part of daily food preparation support.
• Always wears a hairnet and Rubbermaid apron to comply with hygiene and safety standards.
• Washes bus trays once they are half full to keep the dishwashing area organized.
