We are looking for someone who can maintain strict cleanliness standards and handle physical kitchen work daily. This role requires stamina, speed, and consistency.

Main Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen tools, and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dishwashing area, storage, and dining area
• Ensure proper waste segregation
• Assist in basic food prep when needed
• Support bar and kitchen during peak hours
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
