Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors
• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in work area
• Assist with general kitchen duties as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
