Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting the culinary team in a fast-paced Chinese restaurant environment, ensuring all cooking and dining tools are sanitized and available for efficient food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing & Sanitation:

Scrape, rinse, and load dishes, utensils, pots, and pans into industrial dishwashers or wash by hand.

Unload, dry, and properly store clean kitchenware.

Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, floors, and food prep areas regularly.
