Job Summary

The Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, while providing basic support to kitchen operations. The role ensures a sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including sinks, floors, and waste disposal areas
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients
• Ensure proper segregation and disposal of kitchen waste
• Replenish kitchen supplies such as plates, utensils, and cleaning materials
• Follow proper sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
