We're hiring Dispatch Agents (Night Shift) with strong communication and negotiation skills to manage live operations and build profitable lanes.
Your Role
Book and negotiate loads with brokers
Ensure compliance and timely performance reporting
Communicate with drivers and manage real-time operations
Track shipments, maintain documentation, and resolve issues
Requirements
Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Experience in US Trucking Dispatch (mandatory)
Excellent English communication (verbal + written)
