Position Overview We are looking for a Dispatch & Operations Specialist to coordinate freight movement across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage incidents in real time. Main Responsibilities

Provide customer quotes and assign loads to the right carriers.

Dispatch and monitor shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and tracing.

Keep customers informed throughout the process.

Handle incidents such as delays, layovers, last-minute changes, and detention.

Review billing and ensure compliance with corporate requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

English proficiency: minimum B2 level (required 9.0–10.0).
