Position Overview
The Dispatch Coordinator plays a mission-critical role in ensuring technicians are routed efficiently, customers receive accurate updates, and same-day/next-day scheduling runs smoothly. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, problem- solving, and multi-city coordination skills.
