Job Objective

The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for
managing dispatch operations through email communication, Transportation Management System (TMS) updates, order tracking, and driver coordination.
The role focuses on ensuring accurate order processing, real-time tracking, and timely issue resolution to maintain smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Email Management

• Monitor and respond to operational emails
• Handle load-related communications
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams via email
• Process dispatch instructions received by email
• Maintain organized email records

2. Order Management (TMS)

• Create orders in the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Enter accurate shipment details
• Update order information when required
• Maintain accurate system records
• Verify order data before submission
