Job Description

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for using the Mining Fleet Management System to optimise mining production through equipment utilisation and resource allocation in support of the mining team. This includes ensuring all safety, environmental and production targets are met. The Dispatch Supervisor role works a lifestyle roster incorporating both day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working collaboratively with the Production and Maintenance teams to safely execute and optimise the weekly plan on a shift-by-shift basis within budget;

  • Allocate the fleet effectively to optimise production metrics at the lowest cost, managing deviations to avoid production loss;

  • Analyse and maintain the mine model and high data integrity for performance and reporting with a goal of increasing productivity;
