Dispatch Supervisor

Purpose of the Role

The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily outbound warehouse operations to ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant dispatch of cargo. Acting as the second-in-command on site, this role plays a critical part in coordinating loading activities, maintaining documentation accuracy, ensuring cargo readiness, and enforcing operational discipline throughout the dispatch cycle.

Key Responsibilities Operational Supervision & Site Responsibility

• Act as the second-in-charge on site, assuming leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Site Supervisor.
• Open and close the facility while ensuring all operational and security protocols are followed.
