Job Overview
SSR Ventures (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking 3–5 highly motivated and customer-focused Dispatch Support Operators to support our Canadian operations. This role involves real-time system monitoring, troubleshooting, dispatch coordination, and handling inbound and outbound communications to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
Shift Timings
- Morning Shift: 8 AM to 4 PM
- Evening Shift: 4PM to 12 AM
- Night Shift: 12 AM to 8 AM
