We are looking for a
Dispatch VA
to assist with coordinating and monitoring delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in dispatching, who can ensure timely deliveries and handle any operational issues that arise during the day.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate driver schedules and manage timely deliveries.

• Track real-time operations, intervening when necessary to resolve issues.

• Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain dispatch logs and records.

• Assist with driver performance tracking and incident reports.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics operations.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
