Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Container Drayage Dispatcher to manage daily dispatch operations for port and customer deliveries. This role is critical to ensuring smooth communication between drivers, port terminals, and customers while maintaining accurate records and resolving issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming emails related to dispatch orders, terminal updates, and customer requests
• Enter dispatch orders accurately into the dispatch/TMS system
• Check driver availability and confirm daily assignments
• Schedule and confirm appointments at port terminals and customer receiving locations
• Dispatch drivers and electronically send all required paperwork (BOLs, delivery orders, instructions, etc.)
• Track and monitor drivers throughout the day to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
