We're looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented
Dispatcher
to support a small but active freight operation. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of logistics and can help take daily administrative and coordination tasks off the owner's plate—allowing operations to run more smoothly.

This position supports an 
owner-operator
 who currently manages everything independently, so we're seeking someone who can bring structure, organization, and calm to daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch & Load Support

• Communicate load details to drivers (pickup, delivery, rates, special instructions)
• Update load status and track ETAs
• Assist with dispatch coordination as needed
