Dispatcher

The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating cleaning resources (cleaners, cleaning materials, service) across all accounts, the Dispatcher will ensure revenue by minimizing scheduling errors and optimizing logistics to ensure 100% service readiness.
What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities?
Manage and dispatch daily cleaning schedules.
Monitor crew attendance, punctuality, and site deployment.
Coordinate transportation and logistics with partner drivers or internal fleet.
Validate bookings from Sales before assigning teams.
Track inventory of consumables (in coordination with Facilities & Equipment Custodian).
Prepare daily/weekly reports on service completion vs. bookings.
What Are We Looking For?
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course or any technical/ vocational courses related to the role.
Experience from the Hospitality Industry is a plus.
Has strong attention to detail.
Has good analytical ability to manage multiple transactions.<...
