Dispatcher

• Bachelor's degree in any field; coursework related to logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in dispatching or logistics;
• Experience in the ready-mix concrete or construction materials industry is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with batching plant and ready-mix operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
