Job Description
Schedule and dispatch concrete delivery trucks based on customer orders and production schedules.
Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals and adjust as needed due to traffic, weather, or plant delays.
Maintain communication with drivers throughout the day for real-time updates.
Work closely with sales, operations, and plant managers to manage load priorities.
Record and update order information in the dispatching software system.
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and internal safety policies.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
Generate end-of-day reports and monitor delivery KPIs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,500.00 per month
