Major Responsibilities:
+ Oversees daily service by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, scheduling, vehicle data reporting etc.
+ Provides customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding service information.
+ Manages emergency situations for vehicle operators.
+ Manages daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service.
+ Already have or the ability to obtain a CDL (will train)
Minimum Education & Certifications Required:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ 3-5 years experience preferred but will train.
+ Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
+ Problem solving and analytical abilities
+ Excellent customer service skills
