Dispatcher (HVAC Operations) – Onsite | San Marcos, CAAbout the Role
We are hiring an experienced Dispatcher to serve as the central hub of a fast-growing residential HVAC operation in San Marcos, CA. In this onsite role, you’ll manage daily field activity, coordinate a team of 13–20 technicians, and keep high-volume service operations running efficiently.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering immediate ownership, strong team collaboration, and a clear path to permanent placement for high performers.
What You’ll DoDispatch & Scheduling

+ Manage the live dispatch board and make real-time scheduling adjustments throughout the day

+ Route and assign 13–20 field technicians across South San Diego County, East County, and the Temecula/Murrieta corridor

+ Optimize schedules based on geography, traffic patterns, and service windows
