Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatcher who is presentable, professional, and customer-oriented to coordinate delivery operations and communicate effectively with riders, kitchen staff, and customers. This role is vital in ensuring timely and accurate food deliveries while maintaining a positive company image.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch delivery riders based on orders and locations
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding order status and priorities
• Handle customer inquiries, delivery concerns, and follow-ups professionally
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve delays or issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders and delivery reports
• Ensure proper handover of orders to riders
• Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner at all times

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate (college level is an advantage)
