Job Description: Logistics Dispatcher

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage the daily movement of our fleet and field personnel. You will be responsible for scheduling routes, inventory management of outgoing products, and monitoring driver progress in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan daily delivery or service routes to minimize travel time and mileage.
• Assign drivers and vehicles based on load capacity, priority, and destination.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers via radio, phone, or GPS tracking software.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery status or delays.
• Brief drivers on specific delivery instructions or special handling requirements before they leave the depot.
• Maintain accurate logs of all trips, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations.
