Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch delivery riders based on orders and locations
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding order status and priorities
• Handle customer inquiries, delivery concerns, and follow-ups professionally
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve delays or issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders and delivery reports
• Ensure proper handover of orders to riders
• Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner at all times

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate (college level is an advantage)
• With experience as a dispatcher, customer service staff, or similar role (preferred)
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
• Pleasing personality with good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced food service environment
