Job Description
Amentum is seeking a Dispatcher/Security Guard to work on Andros Island, Bahamas on the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) project. The Security Guard will perform functions at AUTEC in support of a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and government assets on the AUTEC project. This position requires the individual to be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.
Essential Responsibilities:
Evaluate and prioritize 911 incoming emergency and nonemergency calls.
Dispatch appropriate emergency services (Navy Security Forces, fire, or medical) personnel.
Operate a variety of dispatch and alarm systems to determine cause of alarm and initiate the appropriate response.
Maintain daily events, emergencies, processes, and/or notifications received according to protocols.
