Dispatching & Distribution Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible in ensuring products are dispatched and delivered as per customer requirements in terms of quality and food safety standards, right quantity and on time delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review schedules of Dispatching and Allocation based on the scheduled deliveries for the day.

2. Prepare route schedules and determine number of trucks and other resources that will support efficient delivery of products to the customers.

3. Oversee the flow of activities in the lines from finished goods receiving and inspection, packing, storing, loading to delivery to clients.

4. Ensures implementation of standard procedures in dispatching, finished goods and distribution.
