• To deliver and pickup mail, messages, documents, packages and other items to and from client offices, the post office, or any other location that may to imigresen settled worker document
• To deal with basic administrative duties.
• Helping the Management and staff in doing their responsibilities.
• Drives on a regular speed, smooth and constant.
• Perform general duties such as go to banks and dispatch duties as and when required.
• Ensures hand phone is always switched on.
• Must not text or answer the phone while driving with passengers, if absolutely necessary, use earphone when

answering a call.

• Must be knowledgeable on the routes to arrive at destination on time, taking into consideration traffic situation

and road closures for the day.

• Be on time at all times.
• Good timeliness and punctuality.
