Hydro Extractor process 

Loading wet dyed thread into hydro extractor machine and make sure 

Total cheese are balance in all spindle. 

Select correct speed/time for Nylon/Polyester. 

Drying: This is very important process that drying operator must check 

Total cheese of dyeing batches included sample cheese 

Select correct drying program for Nylon/Polyester. 

Make sure distance of cheeses are in limit that mention in SOP. 

Maintain working place at good condition & practice S
